		<description>Great link and point, Adam.  I would say that the bar is pretty low with airlines.  This Delta story could and does happen at any other airline.  I think Jaffe would be in trouble if he boycotted Delta, as with his job he might not have any better alternatives.  That said, he has quite a story and reader base - so if he can&#039;t get retribution there&#039;s a real problem.</description>
