I feel like so many companies are missing out on the heart and soul of social media, focusing more on getting involved in the platforms rather than shifting their message and approach in those platforms. As you mentioned before, some companies are trying to fit the old model into the new model which simply won&#039;t work. Kudos to Village Quik Lube for figuring it out and proving it works!</description>
